How to order?
Order method:
First step: registration.
Registration in the Foodium store is done by writing the basic data (name - mobile number - password) so that we can use this data to communicate with you regarding your request.
Step Two: Shopping and choosing products.
You shop and choose the products you want from the various departments and brands available in the store, by selecting the product and then choosing the required quantity from the product page.
Then add the product to the cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
Step Three: Add products to the cart.
After choosing the product and clicking on “Add to cart”, the shopping cart page will open for you and you will find that the product has been added successfully. You can complete the shopping and choose other products by clicking on “Continue shopping” or completing the purchase process by clicking on “Continue to complete the purchase”.
Step Four: Finalize the purchase process.
After completing the shopping process and clicking on “Continue to complete the purchase” from the shopping cart page, you will be asked to complete your address details (street name, neighborhood, city and mobile number) to facilitate our representative communicating with you to deliver your order quickly, then click on “Continue”.
Step five: Review the shipping cost.
The shipping cost is displayed here, which is 30 riyals within cities and 35 outside cities. Then click “Continue”.
Step Six: Payment information.
Here you choose the preferred payment method, whether by mada card, credit card (Visa/MasterCard), Apple Pay, or payment upon receipt.
Payment by Visa/MasterCard or Mada:
By choosing this method, fields will open on the same page to fill in your credit card information (the name in English as it appears on the card, the type of card, the card number, the expiration date of the card and the verification number (the last 3 digits on the back of your card). Then click on “Continue” and you will move to “Review” “Purchase Order” to verify the total including delivery. Then click on “Complete Order.” The page of the card issuing bank will open, to enter the verification code and confirm the process. After that, the purchase process is complete and you will receive an email with the order number. Your order has been received and is being prepared for shipping.
Payment with Apple Pay:
To pay in the store from Safari using iPhone, iPad, choose Apple Pay when paying and complete the process using Face ID or Touch ID.
To pay on the site in Safari using a Mac, choose Apple Pay and complete the process using an iPhone or Apple Watch. On a Mac iPro, pay using Touch ID in the Touch Bar.
Paiement when recieving:
By choosing payment upon delivery, a fee of 10 riyals will be added to the total order. Then click “Continue” and you will be taken to “Review Purchase Order” to verify the total including delivery.
Then click on “Complete Order” and the order will have arrived, but the status of the order is “Pending” awaiting confirmation of the order via WhatsApp Customer Service 0582830014, as the order must be confirmed by you in order for your order to be confirmed and then sent.
Seventh step: Receiving the application.
In this step, you completed the order and your order number appeared. We also received the order, and you will receive an email, with a copy of your order and the details you need. Orders are sent within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
