Exchange and return


Our goal at Foodium is to satisfy our customers and we are happy to serve you.


In order to ensure your safety, Foodium does not allow the return or exchange of its products, except only in the following cases:

  • Products that arrive to you are damaged or defective and are rejected before you sign for receipt.
  • A product arrives that is different from your order.


  • To return a damaged/defective product or one sent by mistake, we are happy for you to contact customer service by calling (0582830014) or sending an e-mail including the shipment number or invoice number to [email protected]
  • You can exchange/return the damaged/defective product on the same day of receipt only.
  • The product must be in the same condition as it was received, without any change in shape or appearance, and has not been used.
  • We work to satisfy you, so the return/exchange period may take (7) working days from the date we receive the product.
  • If you wish to refund the value of the product, the value of the damaged/defective product will be refunded after it reaches us, we verify its condition, and then the amount is transferred to you.
