You can pay for your purchases online using any of the following major credit cards:

All payments are made via a local bank, which operates through a third party: the network's international payment gateway.
In case of refunding the value of the product, it will be done on the same credit or debit card. It will take 3 working days for us to do this, then the amount will be credited to your card balance according to the time taken by your bank.

Q: How can I pay?
After you have added your products to your cart and are ready to complete your transaction, select the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart pane. Follow the steps and enter the required data for product delivery and payment data, until you receive an order confirmation message, and an email with your order summary.
Q: Are there any hidden fees when buying online?
There are no hidden fees when buying on Vodium. The price you see on the products page is exactly what you pay. Delivery fees may vary depending on the type and quantity of products and the delivery location. Then 10 Saudi riyals will be deducted if you choose the payment method upon receipt. This information will be available on the payment page before order confirmation.
Q: What credit/debit cards do you accept to pay with?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Mada, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery credit cards. Credit Cards: We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard and mada credit cards. To pay by credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiration date, and a three-digit CVV number (found on the back of your card). After entering this data, you will be redirected to the bank page to enter the 3D secure password for electronic transactions.
Paiement when recieving:
If you are not comfortable with making an online payment on the Vodium website, you can choose Cash on Delivery instead. Thanks to this service, you can pay in cash when the order is delivered to your doorstep, without the need to make any prepayment online. The maximum value of the Cash on Delivery request is 1,000 SAR. This method is for cash payment only, and no other payment method will be accepted. It is not possible to use a foreign currency when paying upon receipt. Only Saudi Riyals will be accepted.
Q: Are the prices on the online store the same as in the stores of Vodium partner stores?
Except for special clearance prices displayed in the store or discounted offers, we guarantee that you will receive the online store prices: you will be charged the same or less than the price you pay in the store.
Q: When will the product be refunded if the transaction is not completed or failed?
There are no steps to refund the product when the transaction is not completed or failed. The amount will be automatically refunded to your bank account within the next business day.
Q: How do I get a receipt?
You will receive an order confirmation by email, mobile or WhatsApp that summarizes your order and payment details. When you receive your purchase, the driver will give you a delivery note detailing the order you received.
