  • The order is delivered to the customer within 24 hours from the time of order, from Sunday to Thursday. When ordering on Friday or Saturday, the order will be delivered on Sunday and Monday within the main cities where Foodium warehouses are located. Outside these cities, delivery takes from 3 to 5 working days.
  • The customer's order may be delayed for reasons related to the customer himself, such as his absence at the delivery site, his failure to respond to the delivery representative's call, or his request to change the delivery address, and in such circumstances the store is not responsible for the delay.
  • The expected time for the arrival of the order is an estimated time, and we will do our best to receive your order as soon as possible, except that the order may be delayed for reasons beyond the control of the store.
  • After the order has been shipped, the customer cannot modify or cancel it.
  • After shipping the order, the customer follows up on the order with customer service to ensure that it is received on time.
  • If the customer does not receive a call from the company representative, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact customer service to provide him with the invoice number.
  • In the event of a delay in receiving the order from the customer, the store has the right to deduct shipping and delivery fees from the value of the product in the event of exchange or return.
  • In the event that the order arrives damaged, the customer must inform the company representative before receiving the order, and then inform the customer service directly.
